Thadaeus Shipping & Transport ApS startede i 1999 i centrum af Padborg i mindre og ældre lokaler med transport, omlæsning og håndtering af fiskeprodukter fra Norge og Danmark til modtagere i hele EU. Thadaeus er ejet 50% af N&K Spedition A/S og 50 % af Thermo-Transit Danmark A/S. Administrerende direktør for Thadaeus Shipping & Transport ApS er Per B. Jensen.
